Responsibility

  • Responsible for site activities, coordination and supervision works Ensure timely completion of all projects
  • Monitor / review operational costs and responsible for the financial performance of projects
  • Lead or participate in projects from conceptual development through to implementation, execution and handove
  • Plan, direct and coordinate all site activities concerned with the construction to meet schedule, budget and quality and to ensure maximum safety
  • Coordinate and manage all subcontractors and effectively deal with issues on delivery, labour, schedule and payment
  • Work closely with consultants and government departments
  • Must be able to handle government & town council projects

Requirements

  • Degree in Civil or Structuring Engineering
  • Min 3-5 years of experience in government projects and preferably with a year’s design experience
  • Good planning, organization and communication (verbal and written) skills
  • Must have problem solving skills to effectively resolve conflicting situations
  • Good team leader possessing effective management techniques to maximize employee performance
  • Strong leadership qualities, drive and decisiveness and reliability

Responsibility

  • Perform full spectrum of HR: Payroll Administration
  • Responsible for recruitment process inclusive of job postings, shortlisting of candidates, and arrangement of interviews and preparation of contracts for new hires
  • Handle employment pass and dependent pass applications Update and maintain personnel and leave records
  • Maintain personnel files and other HR related documents Attend to enquiries on HR related matters
  • Provide assistance and advice of company’s rules and regulations, procedures and administration process.
  • Any other HR related duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Well verse in Employment Law Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
  • Self-starter, able to work independently as well as a team
  • Able to multi-task and have a sense of urgency to meet deadlines
  • Min 5-8 years relevant working experience in construction industry
